I don't want to be "that guy", but it's a terrible terrible game. I get sometimes you have to get games out of your system, but if you buy it through steam (you can find it way cheaper) at least you can get a refund. WIthin the first half hour, you will see what the combat is and the structure of the game. Don't invest yourself if you try the game out thinking it's going to get better, because it wont.
You have a very small soilder cap, and prolly 1/4th of the missions you are given soliders and can train new ones. A lot of the game is, you have 10 swords men, 25 archers, 30 spearmen defend your castle!
I think the biggest population I ever had, and it wasn't for a lack of trying was about 200 soilders, maybe 150. I just played it through years later simply because it was the last thing my little brother bought me before he passed.
It has the feeling of Stronghold but with many technically flaws that just make you
(GTX 970 and i5 4699K)
