Report a translation problem
So basically in this particular level, the "inside" tower has two portals, one at the top and one at the bottom. When you reach one it teleports you to the other, so the player is always inside but has the illusion that the tower is infinite.
We didn't realize there was a gap that you could slip through to get on the other side of the portals. The white you're seeing is the "sky" - the actual background color of the engine.
We should probably seal the gap, but it sounds like it actually provides an interesting perspective and some insight into how the game works behind the scenes.
There's several gaps like that, not just the one pictured... actually now that I go back and look around more you can reach the warpless stairwell path by walking on the walls on the inside and falling through some sections that don't have glass.
