Need hints for big Tetris puzzle
Everything so far was pretty easy. This I've been stuck on for days. So much so that I don't even remember where the start was. I don't really know what to do. I've tried lining them up every-which-way. I'm at that point where I'm about to quit.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are essentially 4 different large chambers in this area, and each chamber requires you to use the large tetromino blocks to connect power lines.

From the image I see that you've solved the first chamber (which is the Blue side, and where you entered from). You made it outside. I see that the blue power line is turned on, which opens the Green chamber. Assuming you've solved this, you're now trying to open the Red chamber, by connecting the green power line.

The orange/purple Z shape needs to be "below" the yellow/green L shape. Like this: https://i.imgur.com/DxUmu7A.png

Remember these tetromino blocks move based on gravity, so you'll want to be mindful of your traversal.

Hopefully this gets you back on the right track. Let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions.

@Ryan Happy to help! can you post a few screenshots of where you are at currently? Once I can see what's going on, I should be able to give you some hints without spoiling the full solution.

Alright I think this will be very helpful. That makes a lot of sense. I thought they all had to click into place at once, and not be done modularly. Thank you for taking time to help me! Best,

Yea, they dont have to fit all at the same time, only those which you need to get INTo the next room.. having said this, I as astonished how you designed this PUZZLE in the 1st place to make it even work, that is amazing.. did you do it with pen and paper or some computer simulator.. how was this even designed?

I'm thinking that these tetronimos introduce a strange, almost alien element to the game. Is it some kind of invasion? Well, regardless, how do they behave and how do you handle them? It appears they either drop into place or float by at random. They fall out of alignment if you walk on them, so apparently you have to shift gravity and walk on the sides. But why doesn't that also push them away from where you need them to be? Other than walking on them, is there any other way the player's actions affect them? I also notice that the big blocks start drifting down only while I'm walking in certain planes and not others.

You need to pre-plan the "gravity" shifts if you just jump around at random the blocks will lose their intended position.. I found it easiest when I was standing on the blocks and did a "quick shift" aka. jump off and switch before you fall to purposefully guide the blocks where you need them

So far this Tetris thingy seems way beyond me. I did finally manage to take the blue line over the blocks to the blue destination, where I have to pick up the green one. A green path opened up, but one or more blocks slipped away and I ended on a building with, I believe, a green line and a red line. It's not apparently where I need to be, or the green path has to be solved first.

In between successful moves, I have slipped off and ended up in other areas. Also tried hijacking a red cube, as was done in one walkthrough, and jumping down to a red tower where it would fit. However I wasn't able to achieve the same trick. I couldn't land on that platform no matter how many times I tried.

Another thing I notice is that what with jumping about it's hard to know which end of the green line is the beginning and which the end. Same is true of other colors.

I never fully understood this puzzle it kinda "clicked" for me.. you need a lot of spatial imagination for it.. or just jump around untill it "works"

I have succeeded in getting through the tetris block area, but exactly how, I'm not sure. I don't think I was really successful in walking along the blocks without disrupting something somewhere. I did finally manage to drop through the air with a red cube and land on the small rooftop with a red tower. This was after many, many tries. There seemed to be no way of aiming except by landing on a tetris block and moving along horizontally before dropping again to the roof. After that I was able to continue with the yellow area and associated god cube. [\spoiler]
