Why though?
The game is not intended for this though, Making a mod like this for offline use only isn't possible, and even so it wouldn't work. There is no theoretical max stat level and, I don't know the exact formula, but at some point you're going to get little to nothing for this because of the diminishing returns mechanic. That being said, having like 6000 Strength or any other stat is just plain game-breaking, and not fun, be that in PvP or PvE.

That would be lovely, but I don't know if the sequel will actually ever happen, or at least any time soon. Sloclap is currently busy with Rematch and I don't see any reasons for them to do a sequel to a partially failed game. If I remember correctly, they've even mentioned somewhere, that they're tired from martial arts in general, so there's that too.
Well, that would require SloClap to do something about it, which they probably don't want to.
Remastering Absolver is hard, since the game is sort of spaghetti coded.
