Creating a new character overwrite your old one so take care about this bug.

Investing time on this is useless I lost all gear, level, exp...indeed my time.

I really love this game, but this ruined my whole experience.
Begin again on level 0 is not an accepted option.

I lost my school because my save broke and also lost level 300 cts.just delete the game.support for this game is not working anymore

I heard of people who managed to recover their saves by writing to support, but I don't know if it's still active nowadays.
What you can do is download a 100% savefile and replace yours with it, it won't be your old save but at least you don't have to redo everything, and since the ingame name depends on your steam name it will also be called like the old one.

there is a mod that lets you learn any move you just need to encounter it once on nexus mods

If you're talking about the QOL mod, I would suggest not using the mod, or at least using it only offline, since it breaks some attacks making them unparriable.
