I imagine that depends on their server setup. If it's like most MMO's, won't matter where you got the PC version from, the server is the same for both sources.

That's a joke of a tag because Steam flags them if they are crosss platform with linux/mac aswell as windows. So its not actually cross platform.

ok so, we can count on compatibility between GoG and Steam, i suppose, for same platforme (windows). Or at least it would be a "crossplay" game (linked in GoG and Steam)... may be...
I insist on GoG because they offer some advantages we don't have on Steam : money save on retail price, no DRM, keeping the game and its installer beyond the platform account (on Steam, if you cancel your account you lost ALL your purchase).

It will not be crossplatform with GoG. I've yet to see that happen. Don't count on that. Unless you hear a dev themself say it will be, I would very firmly believe it wont.

pretty much. players always receive the ♥♥♥♥ because people with the money don't care. (note: this is not a dig at Sloclap, rather the platforms of Steam and GoG, and other platforms that suck)

What do you have yet to see? Crossplay with GoG? Shadow Warrior 2 already did so
