No, it's nothing like Absolver other than its art style. It's a souls like game, that's it.

Kind of this. Art style is similar-but-different, AND the game has a similar "seamless multiplayer" functionality to Absolver. But beyond those 2 things, the games are not very similar in any other ways.

It's a "Souls-like". It has pretty much nothing associated with Absolver, and only has a few similarities. Not a clone.
