How do I buy rift disks?

I have 20+ crystals, thousands of shards, and the button says it costs 5 crystals, but anytime I click it just makes a ka-chunk sound, and gives me nothing.

Am I missing a button or something?

this should be kind a bug do you try to relogg and start again ??
only the last Rift Disk should be open not the one on the top
If it doesnt work is this a good reason to bring it on the bug list :D

The Shards is for repair Armor Sets

1. Be at an altar.
2. Open Essence menu.
3. click "Buy Rift Disk"
