and yes i have preorderd the deluxe editon and it shows as dlc in my library

If it's like soundtracks it should be in the game folder itself I would assume. I didn't get the deluxe version however so I'm not entirely sure, but that would be the first place I would check.

how do i access the game folder?? i am not that good with computers

1. right click Absolver in your Steam Library 2. left click on Properties 3. left click on Local Files 4. left click on Browse Local Files 5. then you should see the Artbook
