How do you Unlock Calbot?

I was at the tower of Andal when I found a naked NPC (he had no aromour). And this NPC only attacks with Calbot. But i think his spawnrate is very low... so good luck.

He just spawns in place of a random npc, there's no specific spot.

i made a school with calbot in the deck so you can teach your friends and then they can teach you the move make life easier :)
