Forsaken vs. WIndfall
I know everybody seems to be choosing Windfall to dodge more easily than other stances, but Forsaken just looks more badass combat wise. Thoughts anyone?

well, i guess it depends on how you wanna be playing.
if you are a dodging fan, the windfall is a great choice, and the stagger one, later on.
if you are not into the dodging all that much, then forsaken and khalt are a great choice.

i think i am going for either khalt or windfall.
forsaken is pretty cool too, though.

actually i am gonna create all characters and run with them a bit, till i make up my mind.
they are all pretty damn good...

I will choose khalt to start , but i want to change to stagger later on

I think ill start with windfall, and then play with forsaken cuz the moves that the stance genrates are more brutal and resilient looking, and I like how that looks and sounds. Obviously when I find and unlock stagger later on I will play with that stance too. Going to be feinting alot tho!!!! :steamhappy:

it depends on what you want to do.

the main differences aside from some idle animations wich are purely cosmetic, is your special defense technique.

Parry is forsaken, and its built around the idea of hte punish.

the only real thing that the styles offer is a different special defense technique

example

in CB i played windfall, most of my deck was kahlt moves

I like Windfall's moveset, Forsaken's idle animation and Khalt's ability. Life is hard. That said, I prefer parry to dodge because I don't want to dodge off a cliff.

Both :)
I hear Forsaken is much more punishable, so I think windfall is a pretty safe start. And I want to see if I can spam dodged to look like I'm jumping or teabagging, so there's that.

I'm not really considering Kahlt (maybe as my second style from joining a school), mainly because the hunchback pose doesn't look pretty to me. :<

nevr mind, I think ill play with Forsaken first with some windfall moves in my deck. muse and keyboard FTW!

I like windfall a lot for the dodging ability, and just how...wavy the moves are.

But I'm going forsaken. I like the idle movements and the parry is just priceless if you land it.

true, and i like forsaken cuz i think its more brutal combo set, not as pretty and dainty like windfall.

I was thinking about going windfall but honestly I think Khalt is going to be more versatile when mastered, so im probley going to go that for a bit.

Was probably going to go for a Forsaken.

Khalt looks cool, but it just looks to slow and more tankish I guess
