Update 2.0

What's up everyone! I am happy to finally be announcing the release of update 2.0!

This update introduces a lot of small fixes, QoL additions, big backend changes, and a bunch more. There's a small changelog below with the stuff that I remembered to add, but it is missing quite a bit that I simply have just forgotten to add while doing it.

With this update comes the release of Recursives first major DLC. An Unknown Signal! This DLC is free and introduces a bunch of new content for you guys to enjoy. I've tried my best to find all bugs and tweak all things to perfection, but as always I'm sure I missed a bunch of things so you guys will likely be seeing a few updates as things get reported (But hopefully not because I'm amazing.) To get started with the new content, go speak to Joy!

I apologize for all the delays with this update. It was originally scheduled to release on June 1st and it's been nearly a month since that. Life just started lifing and unfortunately development on the game had to be pushed to the back burner for a bit. I hope y'all enjoy all the new content, and I'm excited to hear all your feedback!

An Unknown Signal!

Various mobile specific bug fixes
Proper Google Play Cloud integration
New DLC system implemented
Modified some effects from Global to Overworld
Modified some effects from Global to Universal
Refactored the entire effects backend (This affects Equipment, Potions, Achievements, Prestiges, Ascensions, and some other minor areas) - bonus values unchanged, but some math was corrected.
Finished transitioning the name of the Giant to the Knight (Should've done this a whileeeeeee ago but I forgot...)
Standardized most effect values to percentages
Added a save Import/Export feature
Added a mass modify button/input for the Potion Brewer
Clicking on a discovered, but "unobtained" equipment recipe will now auto-fill the slots if the materials are available
Fixed an issue that was causing the game to get marked as not responding incorrectly at startup, causing it to potentially crash
Expanded the ascensions sigil tree
Introduced the new Ascension Curses system. Explanation in-game.
Introduced new Ascension Challenges. This is how ascension points will be obtained.
Fixed a bug that was causing user options to get reset randomly

Stuck in space

Right now I'm hardstuck at area 6 in space idk what to do. Knowledge takes too long to farm. Starlink Communicator will stay useless for a long time (needs trillions of Knowledge while I get maybe 40k/s). Idk why we get it so early. Stellar Steward don't let me chose any other essence drops from boss. I'm forced to take the same rewards every time. Still never seen Mother Nature or Singularity Factory. Btw are we supposed to never get back the equipment we loot by killing a boss for the first time in s...

Unable to access one of the three currencies

On every single one of my runs, I have only ever gotten two opportunities per run to select from the buildings that unlock rubble, iron, and gold. This leaves one of the currencies inaccessible for that run. This basically caps my progress below a certain point, and despite this I have managed to clear the stage that unlocks the building with the ability to merge two legendary pieces of equipment. I am sure that it is intended to have unlocked all three currencies by this point, and yet I have only ever be...

Bugged out after killing abyssal titan

As soon as i killed the abyssal titan, my game completely bugged where i couldn't get more than 3-4 fps. tried disabling all effects, closing game, uninstalling and re installing but no fix. wasn't really able to do anything. luckily it was still killing enemies so I was able to get the kill 1 million achievement. fun game!...

How to get other currency

Hi All, I selected Mage for my option between gold or rubble and I was expecting to get rubble after the next boss kill but I end up getting mage twice (Doesn't double gold value or anything like that) Was I meant to get rubble as I cant see any other way to get that currency to level further? Thank you for any help :)...

Minning is crap

Like really? You made it important before gold. Cant even hold mouse button down, have to click alot to just break a few rocks early on. Unless the tree is huge and you only show a little at the start, why make us waste our time with this? Unles of course there is auto minning later on, but by the looks of it it will be a long long way down the tree, which I would have arleady broken my mouse....
