This issue extends beyond the main menu. All text in the game is effected by this.

I had the same problem

Windows 7

Turning off EVGA PrecisionX 16 brought it back for me.

Maybe it's an overlay program, like Afterburner/Precision etc, that is causing your problem?

Works for me, but I'm using the retail version. Text in the options menu is visible, haven't yet played the game.
