I went to my native ASUS mouse and k/b and now i get about 60 ( v-sync on )
... the game would simply not run at 60 FPS.
This was with a 970GTX and a Roccat mouse a short while ago. Useless to say, now I own a Logitech mouse and... of course, there is no chance of running this game properly.
Great game but not worth a buy in this state, in my book.
It happens when using a Logitech mouse (graphic options don't make a difference)
I've noticed as well that once the FPS have tanked, if I remove the mouse from the USB port, the FPS go back up to 120.
Luckily I have an old mouse (that came with my PC from new) I'll give that a try
i have windows 7 so yeah.
It solved my fps problems.
I made a guide if anyone needs it:

I'll also have a sound fix uploaded soon and made into a guide as well.
No idea. I don't own the second game, sorry.
