I think xenia runs the best without any major glitches as long as you don't use resolution scaling or the screen flicker like crazy. On RPCS3, I don't think there were any progression being made, so transparent hands and weapons

Yeah. RPCS3 really drops the ball on this one. Not certain why. I guess the program is doing something special. I was going to try it on xenia. I was also going to try Dante's Inferno and Nuts & Bolts.

The annoying thing about xenia is that it has no settings for the controller. It just auto maps an Xbox One or Xbox 360 controller.

I kind of suspect that RPCS3 is not really emulating the console hardware and is faking certain things. I find it odd how certain games really run awful.

This reminds me of how the PS2 emulator constantly had a problem with Klonoa 2. Took them forever to get it working right and then the remaster came out.

What I like about the xenia emulator is that it needs no system files.

I just tried it out in the xenia emulator. It works perfectly. Blows the PS3 emulator out of the water.

Replacing gpu = "any" with gpu = "vulkan" under gamma_render_target_as_srgb = false stopped the flickering for me though the arms are somewhat transparent (weapons are fine except guns). A small comprise I suppose.

I think using vulkan breaks resolution scaling, at least it did for me so you would not have that issue to begin with if you render at 1:1 scale.

Id say xenia. I am playing the game right now. Runs very good. No patch needed. I just think the music is missing. I am not sure
Rpcs3 version still doesn't fix the flickering problem. Xenia version is a pain to play for people like me who use the Dualshock controller. The combat uses LT and RT, and the longer keystrokes make it impossible for me to counter quickly.

I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ what country you guys are from, literally no reason to not just buy a used console at this point to play seventh gen titles. :balloonicorn:
