Working fix for FPS drops, 2023

1. Low frame rate > DirectInput FPS Fix
2. Missing sound effects in Steam version

Do that and you're ready to go.

A third option:
3. Skip intro videos

I haven't played long, but where it would normally have had low fps, it's not anymore.

Both files need to be extracted directly in the Condemned root folder. If for some reason it creates a new folder, move the files back there.

And no problem! I've been wondering this myself for years!
