how to send photograph of handprint on tape recorder ?>

I cant seem to send the photograph of the handprint or the fluid on thee floor near the shelf you have to push to get into the room? its near thee beginning of the game right after the train area and across the street from your apartment. I have been able to do so successfully up until this point but for whatever reason I cant now eveen though I had both evidences inside the 4 arrows. I zoomed in and out and triedd pressing every button after staying almost every distance. Ive gotten some great shots of both but the game wont let me seend.. ??

any tips?!?

I'ts a bit touchy. You have to get it in just the right spot. Just keep playing with it. It took me a while to figure it out.
