Any way to unlock all levels? *SOLVED*

I reinstalled recently and want to play a few levels. I don't want to replay the *entire* game but I don't know how to unlock all levels. I've tried downloading 100% savegame files and the "ShovelFighter" profile cheat but neither has worked, which I'm assuming has to do with the Steam port. Does anyone know of a way in which I can unlock all of the levels?

EDIT: The Widescreen Fix comes with its own 100% save file, install this if you are having the same issue:

when using someone else's saves, make sure there are no 2 folders for save files. disable cloud sync, or run steam in offline mode and try save file again. sometimes you have to change steam id in a save file or hexedit which is easy to do
