Chapter 8 Game Crash!

I´m currently at chapter 8 and I would love to finish the game but the game crashes at a certain point. The same point. Near the end there is one of these fat butchers sending one psycho your way. And after killing the psycho and entering the kitchen the game crashes. So I need help.

I know this thread is years old but did you ever fix this? Mine happens when I select to go to the next chapter
