how's the 2 player?

Other than snippets in the trailer, I haven't been able to find an extended 2-player trailer.

There's plenty of 4 player footage.

I know the game has a 2 player campaign, but having watched the 4p version, people usually seem to enjoy the game because of it's slapstick "♥♥♥♥, I messed up and we all lost" aspect.

I'm skeptical that the 2 player game would have as much as that.

or does the 2 player mode have more traps to compensate?

This preview from Polygon has a decent amount of 2p action but I still don't see the random laughs happening as often with 2

Puzzles look good, though... but what really excited me was the same thing that I liked about Magicka - the comically ridiculous screw ups

In 2 player you get the voice over from Mick and a bunch of other tricks up our sleeve.

As for laughs it depends on the person you're playing with. It was designed as a 2 player experience.

It does! That first video shows some steep difficulty not only in puzzles but movement :)

Thanks for being so responsive :) I'll probably buy the game just for that. I really want to encourage and support devs that keep an active involvement in their communities
