Have you tried enabling Steam controller support? It usually makes any joystick work in any game.

Steam -> Settings -> Controller -> General Controller Settings -> Enable Generic Gamepad Configuration Support and/or Xbox configuration support (if it's being used as either D-input or X-input).

If it's activated but still does't work, close the game. Right-click the game in Steam library -> Edit Steam Controller Configuration.

Choose your joystick by clicking on Switch Controller. Check if all binds are correct. In case it looks awful, select Browse Configs, go to the Templates tab, and select Gamepad template, and Import it.

I hope it helps. I use these to fix any controller issues I have in most games easily.

But what if mine is the GOG version?

Then you could try using a Xbox Controller emulation software, like 360ce or something, to have a similar effect.

Or add the gog version to Steam as a non-steam game, and you can use the solution mentioned first.

Is this still an issue? We unfortunately can't support all controllers, but if above workarounds didn't help I can still ask hints from the team. :)

Also sorry for the delay, seems like we missed this message somehow!
