bunker door? do you mean the escape hatch? if so then yes but it only opens if a survivor has a skeleton key or it comes down to a 1v1

There is. Check around stuff. They usually don't spawn in the open, they'll spawn next to a building, in a building, in a cluster of rocks/trees.
