Confused Achievement

I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do here. Any tips?

All achievement tasks that refer to some form of "state" are a bit of a game design riddle. You will have to think about what a state in terms of a single puzzle in SRC could be. Then you need to test your theory with an in-game experiment.

It is possible to unlock these achievements just by coincidence but the likeliness of doing that is not high.

Does anyone know how to actually trigger this achievement? I tried pretty much everything I can think of and it didnt unlock. Last one I am missing besides finishing the game.

I got both this one and the Ambitious achievement on level 25, no real idea how and why though, I was just messing around with color combinations (swapping their colors, merging them, etc) until I got Confused, and then proceeded to complete the chapter and got Ambitious just before completing it.

I tried doing that for a while, but couldnt get it to unlock. Replayed the game and it eventually popped around level 10 without me doing a single move on that level.

I cannot figure this one out. I have tried merging colors and moving them around and then moving everything back to start but nothing seems to be working. Anyone got any ideas?

I seriously can't get the Playful achievement. I mean, i can't get more than 4-5 times when I'm lucky, but it's really inconsistent, 'cause no matter how hard I try to click on one point or another, it does whatever it want.

I got mine by playing on chapter 40. I just had to get into a clicking rhythm to get it. I would recommend going a place where there is several places to click on either side of the beetles so that way if you aren't super accurate it will still count.

Can anyone else offer help with Confused? I have tried making 25+ changes to multiple levels (changing colors, combining colors, raising bridges, etc.) and setting everything back to how the level initially was, but it won't unlock.

Clearly the developer is of no help here. Besides offering only useless advice in this thread, he hasn't been online in over 100 days, so I doubt he'll respond now. I can't find any accurate achievement guides online either. On one hand, I don't want to uninstall the game when I have just the one achievement left, but on the other, I don't want to waste more time on something vague, inconsistent, and pointless...

So if I remember correctly you need to merge in 25 different ways and then end up in the starting position. That begin said it has been almost 6 months now so I might be mis remembering...

I went to the level Kasper suggested (25) and did exactly that, but got no achievement. Meanwhile, others got it by doing nothing. I suppose that I will try it on a later level.

EDIT:
It worked on level 40, though I can't see that I did anything differently. Perhaps the fact that all of the gammies begin as white in level 25 is a problem. Who knows?

I felt the same way when I got it. It felt very arbitruary and difficult for no reason at all

I've tried every possible combination on levels 25 and 40 and I still can't get the Confused achievement. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get it? Is it arbitrary?
It's the only one I have left and it's pretty frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Don't know if you're still missing it, but I got the Confused achievement on the first level, first thing I unlocked o_o

I always glimpse at the achievements of a game first hand, to get a feel for what I'll be needing to do, and I thought there was one for crossing a bridge over and over again or something. All I did was keep randomly clicking over a bridge and some of the land again and again, just testing to see if it would work, and then Confused popped up. Strange!

I got the confused achievement after pressing the reset button on a level, so I must've changed 25 things before that and 'initial state' means a reset, not manually moving everybody where they were at the start.

On level 1, just go from left to right of the bridge 25 times, worked for me
