+1 Feature Request Blueprints creator/editor studio and (Steam/ingame) workshop with blueprints store and hosting multiplayer contracts.
Ok. Nobody did this and AFAIK nobody's planning to do this. So I keep looking forward to seeing it and will buy the game which will do it.
I'm not a gamedev, but if I'll continue to wait I'll rather do such construction game by myself as a developer :)
Here's my Feature Request.
TL;DR: Blueprints creator/editor studio and (Steam/in-game) workshop with blueprints store and hosting multiplayer contracts.

What is common to all these games is that when you end a story-line there's nothing to do with the game anymore.
It needs dynamic content creation. And multiplayer.
Let's suppose I ended the main story, all contracts etc. and now I want to continue doing construction stuff in the game.

I want a system which will allow me to have an in-game blueprint creation tool/editor for blueprints to work as an independent real estate contractor and developer.
I want the in-game blueprint store (workshop) outside the editor, to be able to post and get blueprints there during the game events. I want to be able to create blueprints in in-game editor by myself and import blueprints from outside like from AutoCAD etc, and save/open these blueprints locally in files in in-game format with my unique in-game identifier.
The blueprint I created I want to be able to publish in the Steam workshop and to in-game blueprint store, and I want to be able to get others' blueprints from the game's blueprint store.
The ability of editing blueprints should be reserved to authors only; that is anybody else will be able to use it in game without being able to modify or save it outside the game or inside the game by their own name.

I want to be able to set the in-game money price for my blueprint when I publish it into the workshop and the system which will allow players (me included) to buy it.
I want the game to offer me contracts for land development and let me negotiate over blueprints I've got or to offer other blueprints from in-game blueprint store. Thus poorly designed and/or overpriced blueprints won't be popular, and vice versa. Let the blueprints have a popularity rating.

I want the game to give me the ability to open (host) any contract and publish a demand for other players to join me or being able to join contracts opened (hosted) by others. Nowadays internet speed is high and prices are low so it won't require game servers. Therefore I want to be able to become a host for a multiplayer game with a number of participants set by me for a split of total income set by the game. The expenses for acquiring blueprints and equipment are on the hosting side. I want to be able to open and close a contract for multiplayer at any time, and if i close it (make it local) or cancel it before completion, i will pay all the promised payment for joined players and all the equipment expenses (in case i cancel the contract). If a joined player quits the job before the completion, they get the partial amount of their payment equal to the current percentage of completion.

I'll copy the same feature request to all builder simulators I'll see.
