Hey here is what helped me

Log in to Epic games Launcher
Link / Relink your Epic account with your Steam account
Go to Steam Library
Right click on Meccha Chameleon and Open the Properties
In the General tab look for Launch Options and write either -dx11 or -dx12 in there after that
Click on Installed Files and then on Browse
A new Window will open, here you Right click a File named PenquinHotel or PenquinHotel.exe and click on Properties
Here you Click on Compatibility
Disable = Run this Program as an Administrator
Enable = Disable fullscreen optimizations

go to manage - local files - go to penguin hotel - properties - compability - unchecked run program in compability and disable full screen optimization, mine works.
