Couldn't start:... CreateProcess() returned 11c7
Wtf.... I've never had any issues booting up the game, but now I'm getting this error??? Anyone know of a fix? Ugh, this game is riddled with issues it seems. :( Please help.

this isn't happening to me but to 3 friends of mine so i would greatly appreciate a fix

I found a fix, if your friends are using Windows.

Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > App & Browser Control > Smart App Control Settings > Toggle to "Off"

Hope this helps! It fixed the issue for me.
