plz help, cant find flash black iron skin items

[Mr.Pibbs]

I took a break for months, and i came back, and i can not find where to get flash black iron skin materials.. I googled all over, looked on these forums, can not find anything :( plz help.

I just want to make a piece of armor, I dont even remember how i got 2 pieces of it, but in the game the data center does not list a mob who drops it so maybe i got it from a quest a long time ago

They're mostly from crafting, but they're also from the special chests in the level 54 violent case.
