How to get a Shining Obsidian for my Draki?

I managed to tame a Draki Hatchling with Egg, evolved it to Dark Draki Hatchling, but now am stuck on that form as I'd need a Shining Obsidian.
I have no idea how to best/fastest farm or make it as I've barely interacted with the crafting system so far.

Equip a Gemcrafters set and go out mining Psi-stones; Gems are a side-drop from mining psi-stones and the gemcrafters set will increase the chances to find those. I'm unsure anymore of which specific nodes drop the obsidians though

The only drop source of Shining Obsidian is from the Rock Draki Prince. You'll need to make Obsidian to unlock Perfect Obsidian, then a Perfect Obsidian to unlock Shining Obsidian.
After you've completed the Draki Lair quests for Savana the accessory merchant she'll sell you all types of obsidian as well.

I've done the two lair quests, where in the 2nd you can tame a Draki Hatchling with Egg are you talking about those or some other quest I've not found yet?
Because I've completed both, but crafting the Shining Obsidian is greyed out on the character sheet and unavailbale in the workshop.
If it's a different quest, please tell me how to unlock them.
