Report a translation problem
If your issue is with tooltips and game mechanics, there has been some improvements over the year between my first and second playthrough for example but some were still rough. If your issue is with the storytelling and resulting immersion from the at times questionnable translation, while there has also been improvements, I think it is still immersion breaking to people that care more about the RP than the TBS side of the game.
I don't mind it too much anymore. I mostly pick up on inconsistencies where I expect different community members submitted translation for different pieces. Like character expressions that read like a call-back but use different words instead.
