the only people who have had good use of windless fort are those that got access to 60V before 60S was released, otherwise, it's largely useless. If you want a build with windless fort in it, you have to still think it's worth playing the game after beating the final mission.
Don't get me wrong, I dislike the mastery discovery gimmick as a design element. My 2nd game playing with that option was a lot more enjoyable than my first one. But its a design feature not an oversight.
there will always be a few people who are willing to play NG+ with this game, but if I were to hazard a guess, those who play NG+ are a minority.
