Battojutsu mastery?

How do I get the Battojutsu mastery? (Great swordsman) I see it referenced in guides but the drop list guide says "in work"

Ryung Lee in Joint Training has it as well, once you're high enough level to do that. Much less painful than running that one story mission over and over.

Joint Training unlocks during the first DLC if you've completed Roberto's quests up to a certain point. He's part of the "Vendetta and Nine Dragons" faction.
In hindsight, it's only easier if you're far enough in the game to do that.
