How to progress the main quest?

Hello!
So, i started to play this game a few days ago and i recently unlocked my 4th character. The last quest i did in chapter 2 was "Never give up" but after this quest, i can't progress in the main quest anymore.
I'm doing all side quests i can but still isn't enough to make the last quest, Fish in Troubled Waters appear.

Do i need to do something in order to progress? Is there like a level requirement or a company level that i should have in order to progress?

Iirc you don't need to do any side quests nor level requirements. Generally if there isn't a red coloured quest in the mission selection, you need to trigger a dialogue by scouting your hub and creating a "take a day off" type of mission. I have heard you may also want to restart incase it is bugged.

Hm, that is weird. I had a "take a day off" quest with Albus, before i recruited the healer lady. I think i looked everything at my hub and city's hub. Hopefully restarting will help.

Take a day off is indeed a mission. There should be a dialogue option in the top right corner (usually a character portrait).

Sorry i'm probably braindead. The scenario mission that i need to do was "hidden" because i also had a side quest and the side quest icon was blocking the scenario mission icon.
