How to get superconducting cables?
The missions where they are supposed to drop doesn't seem to have anything at least on hard

There are no superconducting cables. There are however items called superconductors. You can try crafting them if you have access to a Workbench and have Kylie in your roster. If not, there is a chance for them to drop from literally every machine you defeat. The Demolisher item set can help you with the drop rates, as can the Material Collector mastery.

I have plenty of superconductors, but need the superconducting cables for a mission, there's no way to clear that mission?

Then you must mean Coaxial Cables, there is no item called "superconducting cable". They too are dropped by every machine.

Side quest 26 the vestige of the world war asks for 3 superconducting cable and gives trainee demolisher wristband schematics as reward

Ah, I've just reviewed the request. Yes, that's not a craftable nor commonly appearing component. The superconducting cables appear only during the request. You need to look for Firefighting drones in whatever missions they appear. Lots of them appear in Ordinary Case 26. Make sure characters under YOUR control destroy them, not the VHPD Suppressors guarding the exits, or you won't be getting any drops from drones destroyed by them specifically. But feel free to destroy them with the VHPD units directly under your control should they get a shot at them.

I repeated the mission and it was no problem getting the cables.

I think it's bugged when you have the crate quest at the same time, then you don't get cable drops. Or maybe it just loads a different map for each mission, even if the base map is the same.

With material requests, there's no guarantee enemies will drop the materials - it's still a dice roll ultimately. This is particularly annoying when you're asked to retrieve 5 Bronze Spoons - that can take quite a while if the dice aren't in your favour!
