Angry Tiger (Irene Solo Mission) Impossible?
The mission starts and I am supposed to use the phone to call for help, but next to the phone are a lot of enemies who do not move. In order to make the phone call, I need to go into their field of vision. So I get to make the phone call but then immediately after ending my turn, getting attacked by 3-4 goons and since I am dead after two hits, even with a lot of luck, I won't survive a single turn. I was hoping I could stealth through the mission but it is impossible. :(

When you start the mission, instead of going down the stairs, look around the roof first.

It's doable with an endgame build. Other than that, head towards the door on the roof, should be on your upper left. You'll find some help there.

Get help first, then reach the phone.

Ah thanks - ok, now it seems doable. Still lost one ally right away but at least Irene survived now :)

I'm having problems with this mission even then. All enemies there seem to cause bleed, and those snipers almost one shot her even with the Hero buff on.

It seems you don't use Magic Armor on Irene. It will make almost every attack blocked including sniper fire.

Is magic armor a Martial Artist Mastery? I used MA because it's apparently meant to be her Canon class up...
That being said she worked fine solo until the white tigers came in.

No, It's Battle Mage mastery. It would be easier to use Battle Mage Irene instead of Martial Artist Irene, since the latter requires balance between attack and durability from the items while the former can only focus on attack thank to its defense-oriented mastery sets(block rate bonus, self healing, etc).

Sorry, but looking at her initial skillset, martial artist makes much more sense to be her canon/story build.
Not denying that battle mage isn't the better one though.

There is a an alternative path around the roof that you can take to reach the phone. After the first set of stairs go right instead of left (There's enemies there but not as many as going left and then down towards the parking). Station bianca and alisa in the narrow corridor so that they will keep the gunmen below busy while you move ahead with irene. The biggest offenders here are the white tiger swordsmen since they carry castle gate breakthrough which really puts a dent on martial arts irene, battle mage irene does not have that problem because iron heart of course. Try to take them out without letting them counterattack if possible. Carrying a wind pressure grenade will also let you stun them.

The biggest concentration of White Tiger swordsmen is in front of and on the parking lot. There's a bunch of them, 5-7, depending on the difficulty, around Joshua, a boss swordsman. Avoid that area and stick to walls and narrow passages. Bianca has two wind pressure grenades and her Whirlwind ability causes knockback, so she can stun enemies, assuming there are walls or obstacles to push into. Alisa has forestallment an counterattack, so try to deal with White Tiger butchers using Irene instead, or she'll get a high AT increase just by counter-attacking every one of them without one-shot takedowns. Bianca is extremely squishy, so try and keep her out of harm's way as best as you can.

Against bleeding, high resistance helps (reduces the duration) If you have it, equip the Cauterize mastery. It removes debuffs at the start of Irene's turns if she has Fire SP. Against snipers, make sure you're in cover. Doesn't matter if it's protecting you directly, just avoid the Exposed state (no cover in any direction on your character). Snipers usually have damage bonuses against exposed targets.

Finally got cauterize... Took me ages. The only one I am missing now is Iron Wall, but you probably can't get that one before Irene's quest as I have yet to see the mobs who are supposed to drop it.

I did it with a level 33 Irene.
Make a new build for Irene, specifically for this mission. "One Shot, One Kill" is really useful.
Go speak to the girls first thing and go around behind the guy to the left.
Try to remain in stealth for as long as possible. You can kill an opponent without alerting nearby enemies, as long as they are taken out in one shot.
I think they are right nearby the phones, so you can't stay in stealth for all of the mission, but you can avoid attracting huge mobs.

On a side note: You're gonna miss out on a lot of stuff if you keep each character in one class for the whole game. The skills unlocked by levelling up in a class apply to all characters who use the class, it's worth doing a bit of battle mage Irene even if you intend to use her as a martial artist for 99% of the game, just to make her battle mage unlocks available to Sion.
Go get help from bianka or albus. Its a pain in the ass to get to the phone, but its doable
