Guaranteed headshot chance.
I don't know if this is known info among the steam community but few days ago me and some others at discord found out some really insane stuff.

100% Headshot chance:
> As long as you have any headshot chance above 0, even just the base mastery of 10%
> If the enemy that you are targeting is in a state where he can not move or act. This includes debuffs like freeze, stun, shutdown, wind chain, web cocoon, hibernation, sleep and doll illusion.
Headshot will go off guaranteed. Unless they have some form of headshot immunity from an equipment, steel helmet or smokescreen, they will take a guaranteed +200% total damage shot. This damage boost is high enough to take out pretty much every single enemy that does not have some sort of impulse field-like damage limiter.

I recorded a video of getting a 30% headshot chance 10 times in a row with giselle against a whole bunch of frozen clowns. (Try it out for yourself if you think I am manipulating the RNG)

As you can see it is absurdly powerful with sniper giselle who can recover 2 AP as long as she takes out an enemy while no enemy can see her. You can use it with fire support and leton's ice grenades as well. With the help of snow mountain crabmit you can freeze enemies WHILE also keeping them at max HP to trigger one shot one kill. Spam freeze and sweep fire with heixing.

It is absolutely ridiculous that even after more than 800 hours, I am still finding really broken combos.

The headshot mastery does state that it is always active vs targets out of action (as in 'unable to engage in combat' rather than 'dead'), don't it? same with enemies that are in patrol and haven't discovered you yet.
I do agree that it is an incredibly powerful thing though

Enemies that are in the Patrol/Alert/Stand-by state don't guarantee a headshot, despite what the description of [Headshot] states. The guaranteed headshot is only available for those status effects you described earlier. The description should probably be made to be more accurate...

I think it will work against alert and standby enemies since they don't move or act. It won't work against patrolling enemies as they actually move during their turn.

Yeah that's why Ranger Heixing + Leton is amazing. Leton goes in, punches something, and Heixing Headshots its head off. Giselle can do that too with a Satelitte Sniper build.
