I already did 16 missions. After this report I thaught I would be given new ones but nope..

Am I missing something ?

Try the following steps to try to advance the story:
Play a Scenario case in Mission Control.(The cases with the Red symbol that looks like a book with a star above it.)
Accept someones request. (Shows up on the right side of the screen, with someone's face, in the Silverlining)
Look around the different places in the Silverlining to trigger an event. (Office, Silverlining, or Warehouse)
Reload the Silverlining to trigger an event. (go to the title screen and reload)

Mastery researching is used to craft masteries that you have unlocked. There are a few masteries that are unlocked by crafting certain masteries, and they will tell you what mastery they will unlock for you. You can unlock masteries by increasing your character's class levels (level 16 cap), getting the mastery from a drop, making certain choices in some story missions (story missions are repeatable), completing some achievements, fulfill some hidden prerequisite, and collecting valkyrie coins from a troublemaker entry after maxing their information. Collecting Valkyrie coins will unlock all masteries that troublemaker has.

Ununderstandable? OK, I'm stealing that word for sure.

Building masteries was confusing to me, too, so I got pretty detailed in my guide. Check the mastery research section in this:

Just after having written this message, I realized I didnt sendSion for a Day off and the story mission. Now it has unblocked some missions.

Thank you
