Leton Freeze build

Are there masteries that upgrade his frostbite to a "freeze" skill? Or what I am reading about freeze build is basically just frostbiting everyone? I have checked several guides and I am unable to find masteries that "freeze" enemies

Leton with all of the Ice masteries tagged on is a pretty formidable damage force; he doesn't have the sheer map clearing potential of Sion, but he can totally lock down tankier enemies and take some hits himself if needed.

I am having a hard time building superstar, can I just forgo it and use full on ice build?

Just go Martial Artist then. I have tried a heavy ice build on him once and wasn't very amazed by it. The fact that he lacks elementalist kinda blows. I feel like just getting the permafreeze on everybody together with Martial Artist tankiness is more than enough.

E: Also in general just try stuff out. I haven't followed a single guide and beat the game fairly easily. If you run into an obstacle try to adjust and figure out what's good and what isn't. It's part of the fun really.
