Source of Obsidian?

I am struggling with a shortage of obsidian. I am at łvl 35 and I never found even a smallest bit of red or rainbow obsidian. I am finding only small amounts of white. Am I supposed to buy them or what?

Forgot about red (maybe lava dororis) but i know rainbow obsidian is exclusive to some dororis in an iron forest violent case lvl 27. Map is huge and they're north/east of the map.

Dorori are known to drop them, each color gives different kind of obsidians. Later, you can also buy them from a jewelry shop.

I have cleared this map 3 times already (triggering the rainbow dororis ambush squad). I collected several red flowers, but not a single piece of obsidian. The entire map yielded 10 cracked white obsidians only (and I had a full gem crafter set on one person)

If you look into the Material Index at your office you can see which enemy drops which materials. The main source for gems are Dororis and Drakis (which you probably havn't met yet at level 35)

Yeah, I have in the Index white and yellow obsidian with the drop rate of 5.4%. No wonder I get little. The other colors have unknown drop rate, because none dropped so far. Disappointing.

Finally got rainbow from lvl 32 mission. 45 rainbow obsidians from a single kill! Duh. Seems a bit unbalanced.

I am now at level 40 and I still have not seen a single red obsidian drop. NOT EVEN A CRACKED ONE! I think I am gonna crack.

you can get cracked red obsidian from Lava Dorori or all growth/adolescent Flame draki. Red obsidian can drop from all growth/adolescent flame draki, Lava Dorori, and Greedy Dorori. Perfect red obsidian can be obtained from the big lava dorori or the flame draki baron. Shining red obsidian drops from Red pig, Firecron, Red Eye, and Flame Draki Monarch

Yeah, I get this, but all this monsters except Dorori are above level 40 missions (because I have not seen any of them yet) and I need red obsidians to craft level 25 gear for gods sake!

Elite versions of Dororis drop much better loot, including better obsidians (that you can later extract into lower tier if you want). In order to face more elites, increase the difficulty.

Well, I'm also struggling with obsidian. I have a request for a perfect "obsidian". Not white, not yellow, not red, not rainbow, just" obsidian" without any colour mentionned at all... I have no freaking idea what that is supposed to be, as I have never ever found any obsidian that doesn't have a color...

Any idea ?

You can always buy from Savana and if you need cracked ones, extract them.

Big dororis have like a 5%+ chance to drop shining obsidians and can be found in 27V case

Big white dororis (found at the center of the river) drop shining white obsidians
Big black dororis (found at the top left corner of the map) drop shining obsidian
Big lava dororis (found right below the hill at the upper right side of the map) drop shining red obsidian
Big rocky dororis (found at the upper right corner of the map, just go through the hill and it will be alerted) drop shining yellow obsidian
Big rainbow dororis (must be summoned by killing the single rainbow dorori on top of the cliff) drops shining rainbow obsidian

It takes quite awhile to farm them - I would suggest you try to get the legendary labourer set ASAP (needs to extract 100 psi stones so I guess you could take that time to farm some stones too) and also get 8 characters ASAP from the story line.
