you mean this one?
i definitely hear the similarity but you cant deny its different
Any version, the refrain is in the track when you're running around trying to find Hero Irene and it is as obvious as a punch in the face that it's 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' from Wizard of Oz. I'm enjoying the game but they might be ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Then again I have no idea how successful the game is or what it costs to get sued by Warner Brothers.
And if the games I own were somehow related to the soundtrack from one of the most iconic movies ever made being stolen, that would mean something. There's this thing called twitch, you can google it. Very sorry for recognizing one of the most obvious musical cues ever. What's the final boss battle, the star spangled banner??
Some of the BGM purchased by paying the license fee on the music copyright site. ( 1 game project used)The BGM is the flute version of "Over the Rainbow", and the performer is below.

We chose that BGM because we liked it, but if it's a problem, we'll order and replace the songs that will create a better atmosphere for the composers who wrote our songs.
I'm sorry to have caused you anxiety over this problem.
P.s
Our OST contains most of the BGM that we commissioned as original composers. Naturally, there are no songs purchased and used by music copyright sites in the OST. :)
Awesome game + soundtrack!
edit: the mission is literally called "...Way Up High"
You're a damn troll.
Read your thread name again.
Done?
See? You're a damn troll.
Read it. Wrote it in fact. How the hell is it trolling? At least you're not pretending the music isn't somewhere over the rainbow. And the mongoloids who called me a snitch, how is posting on a tucked away discussion board where the developers can see it snitching?? It's not like I emailed Warner Brothers.
