Veteran mastery (spoilers?)

Been trying to complete a mastery set that requires Veteran, but I can't find info on how to get it to either drop or craft. Any help please ? :)

Marco Bardo is probably the first troublemaker you can get Veteran from. You can get it from Alisa, but she is fairly strong, and you have to get the drop. You can just max Marco Bardo's information, and you can craft it afterwards. The guide is split into sections where it will list all troublemakers and the case where they are found. The location it determined by the level of the case, the type of case it is, and the location the case takes place at. The other side shows how to get each mastery/module. This done by listing the troublemakers that drop it, what class level you have to get someone to unlock it, and what conditions have to be fulfilled to unlock it.
