It's me Again! I need to find the "Luck" Mastery please

Hello again, i know i'm being annoying but i don't know if at my lvl (Around Chapter 4.7 ) i can find Either Mert or John or Nevil? Cuz i still can't seem to find some Negoori to farm on them (would be much easier to do..)

If you still in late Chapter 4 (based on my incomplete info on my current game):

Violent Case Mission:
Mert - Central Metrodium
Nevil - Backstreets of Magenta
Negoori - Iron Forest Resource Management District (The first Negoori appearance is after Chapter 5 if I remember it right)

Case Record:
Mert - Strength Competition/Starlight Street (Chapter 4)
Nevil - Time Alone/Blue Fog Shopping Street (Chapter 3)
John - With All Your Heart/Crescent Bridge (Chapter 4)

The easiest to farm is Nevil, but remember the drop rate for Luck mastery is very low (around 3%). I don't know the rate for Mert and John though (haven't got enough info for them for now, maybe other can help)

Edit: Oh, Greedy Dorori also have it, it usually appear on Iron Forest Foggy Cliff repeatable mission (blue)

Albino Negoori also has it in Iron Forest Contaminated Area lvl 34
