Real estate acquisition (SPOILER)
Don Bruce has made Albus an offer of 200 000 Vil for his bar. I didn't had the cash at the moment, but it's not that hard to farm. But before I spend time to do that, I would like to know if it's really possible to buy it, or if it's only foreshadowing future content.

I want to know as well. But I guess it is foreshadowing future content.
My Albus does not having enough Vil right now. So he is working hard to farm the Vils to preparing buying the building. Don is right, the investment is necessary for Albus's Troubleshooter company!

I believe Dandylion said somewhere that this won't be possible for quite a long time, so there's no need to farm vills at the moment!

Confirming that, not possible at the moment, don't farm like a madman for that now :p

Seems like a bad deal to me anyway, it would take a really long time for the rent to equal the buy price o.O

Still will buy it even if it just unlocks changing the door bell or something, but of course maybe we can build a corporation hq out of it ;)

Considering the rent is 75 Vil per week, you can rent the bar for 2666 weeks with 200k Vil. Which is more or less equivalent to 51 years.

I would buy just to not hear Don asking for rent every 6 mission. I just hope that we can upgrade it or something. I want to increase storage as much as possible.

There is a lot of things you can do with a building you own that you can't with one you rent :p
