Hidden Steam code?
There's a hidden steam code near the end, but when I tried to use it, it was for Event[0], and I couldn't use it on my kid's account. Is this a single code that's the same in every game? If it's invalid already, I'd be nice to see that patched out with descriptive text instead.

Other than that, fun game. I definitely enjoyed it. My guess is that I did *not* go through the endings in the normal order, and it's a bit frustrating that that means I don't get to see all the endings without playing through again.

I don't think there is any order to the endings. It is based on what you did throughout the playthrough. I think some things become clear once you read logs on every terminal? Still have to do that as you don't learn about logs until it comes up in conversation.

I had different code on my 2nd playthrough.
So I guess that it changes everytime the new game is played.

What does the code do? Is it a key for the game that you can share with a friend?

I got a code, too, but it said I already owned the game. Odd.... Has anyone figured out why the game gives away a secret Steam code for itself? :)

I know this discussion is old, but I just experienced the same. I think the reason why we can't activate it is because the shown key is the one we already own. I think it might be a bug in which the key shows up intead of the text that was supposed to.

its more than likely just already used.

loads of game devs stick games codes in their games as easter eggs HACKNET, is one as an example but Ive probably played half a dozen that did it.
