before i found event[0] I enjoyed messing with a program named Ultra Hal Assistant from Zabaware.
you could select 3d avatars and even using text to speech voices you have loaded in your computer.

I like using TTS voice Robosoft four but would adore having kaizens voice as one.
I would pay for that as dlc content.

you know, its funny, I wondered the same thing. This would be a really cool TTS engine. If you aren't listening closely, it could sound like beeps and buzzes, but it actually is pretty intelligible when you start to understand Kaizen's voice.

Isn't it a TTS engine already? I mean, it appears to pronounce whatever name you told it was yours. Anyhow, I also think it would be great to have it as one of the system TTS voices.

Well, TTS is already a case of speech synthesis, but I guess you meant that the voice itself is not made out of prerecorded samples of an actual human being. Rather, it is synthesized using formants and stuff like that. Which means it's just another TTS engine. The only problem here is that it was most likely developed just for this special occasion and is not compatible neither with MS SAPI, nor with anything else for that matter.
