Not loading, is there a fix?
Ive been able to play it before but now no matter where I launch the from Steam or Ubisoft. I get to the seizure warning screen then the Ubisoft logo and then just an black screen that never loads. Is there any fix for this? Ive tried fixing vfx, c++, verifying integrity, redownloading, launching from different apps, and everything possible inbetween that ive found on the internet. Is there a fix to this or is the game really this dog a$$?

Black screen issue
My problem right now is that I have not been able to load the game up properly. Once I start the game up it goes to a black screen, however I can see the FPS in the top left and it tells me I can shift+f12 in the to right, there is no sound and when I close uplay a notification pops up in-game saying it wasn't able to connect.

The game doesn't seem to be freezing, I have uninstalled the game and uplay completely but unfortunately this did not solve the issue.

Do a search here for audio issues.
I've read in the past that certain audio settings like the sample rate will cause the game to stay at a black screen.

Wasn't audio related, apparently ubisoft's incompetently written game code breaks when you have fast sync enabled in the nvidia control panel. When I switched it off fast sync it started working. I like how it took scrolling to the 78th reply on one of the threads here to find a fix rather than the 3 week back and fourth of useless suggestions given to me by Ubisoft support. Apologies for the delayed response and to see you've been unable to launch the game, I've merged your threads together here.

Glad to see amending Fast Sync has helped you Spoonmice.

For those of you still having issues, please may we know the specs of your PC (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop) and if you're also running the most up to date version of Ubisoft Connect[ubi.li]?

As we know some copies of Uno were attempting to load an old version of the client, resulting in launch issues. This should now have been resolved, but I'd like to ensure this has been ruled out here too.

I am having the same issue, I recently bought the game for me and my older brother to play but when I open the game, It loads the seizure warning and from then on its just a black screen yet it shows the game cursor.

Thanks for the Fast Sync tip! It works but I had to pull out my keyboard to relaunch big picture mode after exiting Uno.
