Are you still unable to update your username?
If so, have you yet tried updating your Ubisoft username via Ubisoft Connect or the Account Management site[account.ubisoft.com]?

Does your name update in the Account Management site and just not in-game?
Does your username update in the Ubisoft Connect client?

Would it be possible to please share some screenshots showing your username in the client vs in-game?
And have you tried verifying the game's files[ubi.li] or reinstalling the game to see if this persits?

So, you dont go to their website you got to go to the program/app/whatever it is that's installed on the your computer when downloaded games like uno, you click on your profile then account details, scroll down until you see where you can change your name, then change it to whatever you want (as long as its within ubisofts rules of course)
