Hey Jasminel,
Thanks for reaching out.
As Remote Play is a Steam facility, our support options are limited here.
Are all 3 players able to connect, it's just P3 and P4 who can't control the game?
Can anyone take control when it's their turn or does the game just hang?
- Ubisoft Support
P1 and P2 are the only ones that can play the rest can't do nothing even if we are all connected.
I wanted to play UNO with them cuz it's fun , but if only 2 of us can play it's good too.
As I understand it, this is intentional, when using remote play, all players will be using the same monitor and you are able to see all of the cards on screen at once the way the remote play gameplay was designed for Uno. This is why in a 2 v 2 match using remote play, you will be playing against bots as you can't see their screen or cards.
To play a match against 3 other friends, you would all need to own a copy of the game.
