Product Key Request Failed Please Try Again In A Few Minutes
i keep getting this error when i try to boot it up and was wondering why

Product Key Request Failed
I have played several hours with a friend and my gf. A few months went buy and we try to play again and I get this error.

(Steam - Error: Product Key Request Failed)

Any ideas?
I have several of the dlc and never had problems before. I cant even use the Ubisoft launcher and play.

This message is typically caused when Steam doesn't have any keys available to activate to a user's account.
