I can't play online

When I look for a match and find it, the message appears saying that I cannot connect to the room due to a connection error, but my connection is ok.

Yes online play (the ability to join random match) has been dead/disable for two weeks now and ubisoft seems to not hv any intention in fixing this issue, what an utter rubbish
