Crash issues in UNO
Hi everyone!

Since there are still a number of reports here about crashing issues in UNO, I thought it'd help to gather relevant information in one place.

First Steps

If you are experiencing crashes in UNO, whether it's during the game or when the game is launched please follow all of the initial troubleshooting steps in our Support FAQ here[support.ubi.com]

Many players have reported that software such as Antivirus or Firewall packages may be interfering with the game, these can be disabled temporarily to check. If the crashing stops, the game can be 'whitelisted' in the software you are using.

You can check if any other software is conflicting by performing a 'Clean Boot', disabling any background processes and applications temporarily. Steps to do this can also be found in this Support FAQ here[support.ubi.com]

Finally, running both the Steam and Uplay PC clients along with the game itself as Administrator may resolve crashing issues. Instructions on running applications with Administrator privileges can be found in a Support FAQ here[support.ubi.com]

I still have issues

Should you still experience crashing issues in UNO after following all of the steps listed above, please create a Support case through our portal and attach your system DxDiag and MSinfo files so it can be passed up to the game development team for further investigation.

We have a step-by-step guide on creating and submitting DxDiag and MSinfo files in our Support FAQ here[support.ubi.com]

Please make sure you clearly specify when the crash is happening, such as on launch, in-game or joining a match.

Thanks for your attention!

can't connect to the game anywhere in Asia. Do you have servers in Asia? I now have to pay extra every month for an Internet service to play this game, didn't anyone tell you?
Really is that why? I'm not even getting an error just whenever I click it never opens

@UbiGumdrops: the issue happens when going online and joining a game, the game tries to connect and crashes. If i create a game, then join it works fine. something to do with the game peer-to-peer configuration, and not the disabling of security or anti-virus softeare, as dangerously suggested.

Please stop blaming your players and fix the issues, a GREAT GAME, managed by a ♥♥♥♥ ass company, please fix and I will edit this post, ty.
Connectivity, np for my to be online with everything else I am doing on my other 2 monitors. So saying I have an internet issue is bogus.

This game and dev team is a big joke. This is UNO, why can't you get multiplayer connectivity right when your company literally creates large scale multiplayer games Like R6, The Division and Hyperscape. Why do i have to give UNO admin privileges to run properly?????

I have a bigger issue. Uno isn't running, but steam says it is. Also, I created a Ubisoft account, and every time I open the game, it closes and takes me to the Ubisoft website.

It wants you to install and log in to the ubisoft game launcher, if you haven't already.

It's broken, you have to create an online game, back out once it starts, then join online. Something about peer to peer connections.

It's been more than a year, it's a peer-to-peer connection and hosting issue.
